Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products within 30 days from the date or purchase if:

• You do not receive the item within the guaranteed time (1 business day not including holidays)
• You ordered the wrong item.
• You do not want the product you have received.

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong email, or billing address)
• Your order was not delivered due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. (i) You are located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of CesarFeed.com

You can submit a refund request by using our contact page or sending an email directly to [email protected]. Please, make sure to include your order number and any other important detail you consider, this way we can speed up your refund experience.

If you are approved for a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we approve the refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. What exactly am I buying on this website?

We are providing you with the corresponding license necessary to start using the CesarFeed desktop/mobile application.

Why do I need a license?

The license allows users to configure their specific store, enabling the automation of the product feed generation process.

How does this process exactly work?

• Install the CesarFeed app on your preferred device from Microsoft, Google Play, or the Apple App Store (available for desktop and mobile).
• Create a new account using the option on the app’s login page.
• Log in to the cesarfeed.com website using the credentials you created in the app.
• Purchase the desired license for your device and e-commerce platform from the website.
• After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your license details.
• Login to the CesarFeed desktop or mobile app.
• Configure your new license.
• Go to export your product feed.

Why do I need to log in during checkout to purchase a new license?

Guest checkout has been disabled to ensure a unified system for managing licenses, whether subscription-based or lifetime. New users must first create an account in the CesarFeed app, accessible on both mobile and desktop via the login page, and then use these credentials to place orders. Existing CesarFeed App users can log in during checkout with their current credentials (email and password) to purchase new licenses.

Why is it necessary to use a desktop/mobile application to generate the product catalog? Why not directly from the web?

We aim to provide you with the safest mechanism to move your store\'s products into the catalog pages of the respective social media networks. Using a desktop/mobile application helps protect your private data by using encrypting mechanisms to store your E-commerce store connection data locally on your device, without exposing your precious confidential data to the cloud.
